Human Resources
The Human Resources Department contributes to the implementation of the strategy, maintaining optimal support for the client, the vision and the mission of CDC.

It also focuses its actions on 2 main areas:

  • Personnel Administration Personnel Management and Development
  • Personnel Management and Development

Personnel Administration

  • Ensure the safety of individuals at work and ensure compliance with the rules of current legislation concerning health and safety;
  • Comply with social legislation and update regulatory documents;
  • Define, display and enforce the company's internal regulations;
  • Avoid sources of internal and external conflicts.

Personnel Management and Development

  • Recruit and integrate individuals according to their skills and the needs of the CDC;
  • Improve staff efficiency through training and skills development;
  • Ensure a fair remuneration system in line with individual and collective performance;
  • Implement staff assessment tools;
  • Ensure the promotion of employees and career plans.

INTERNSHIP

Although CDC's primary mission is to participate in Gabon's economic development, it is also aware of the importance of a well-trained workforce as a driver of development. It wishes to contribute to the strengthening of the skills of future Gabonese executives.

With this in mind, we receive, according to our capacities and needs, for a period of 2 to 3 months, students of all higher profiles (BTS, DTS, Licence, Master), for an internship or agreement.

Students, doing an internship at the Caisse des Dépôts & Consignations will give you the opportunity to:

  • Live a professional and stimulating experience;
  • Validate your choice of profession;
  • Learn from a team with multiple skills;
  • Initiate or expand your relationship portfolio.
