Consigment « OYIS housing » is a mechanism that allows the acquisition of a housing to individuals who have previously constituted twenty percent (20 %) of the home value after two years.
This amount will be used as personnel contribution to finance housing of deposit and consignment fund of Gabon.
The balance will be drown under ten years.
