Opening on Tuesday, September 17th in Dakar / Senegal, of the 5th edition of the Forum des Caisses de Dépôt. The latter, organized by Deposit Consignment Fund of Senegal, is a first in sub-Saharan Africa and will deal with the themes of the mobilization of escheated funds, diaspora savings for development and social infrastructure.
